Established in 1995 and located at Xishi Dong’an, Huangli Town, Wijin district, Changzhou City, Jiangsu province, Changzhou Changhong Mould Co.,Ltd. (known as CCM in short), is on the southern side of Huning Highway and Yanjiang Highway with very convenient transportation.

It possesses total assets over 400 million RMB and occupies a land over 80000 m² with a building area of 43000 m². Our company employs 208 personnel, including 56 engineers and technicians.

Our main products: Square, Rectangular, Round, and Beam Blank copper mould tubes. With dedicated research of new technologies, we continuously develop various sizes, materials, and unique shapes, large and super large-sized mould tubes.

We also created different types of high-efficiency copper mould tubes for continuous casting machines.

Our products range also features mould assembly and other metallurgical spare parts. Apart from copper mould tubes, we also produce various types of copper mould plates and assembled blank beam moulds.

We have 23 advanced CNC centers and two sets of special CNC machine tools. We have complete electroplating facilities, first-class electroplating equipment, and up-to-date electroplating technologies. We have two electroplating workshops for mould tube plating and mould plate plating separately, each covering an area of 1800 square meters. There are 22 tanks for Cr plating of mould tubes and seven tanks for plating of mould plates. The maximum size of round tubes that can be plated is Dia. 1200 mm, and the widest broad face mould plates that can be plated is 3800 mm. We have an advanced water treatment system. We adhere strictly to the environmental policy of zero-emission, which makes our company a green and environment-preserving enterprise.
